This month, we’re talking about finding financial peace and increase in times of crisis.
Whether you’re in the midst of a hardship today or want to be prepared to face one tomorrow, you can have the spiritual tools to stop worrying about your financial situation.
Trust God
We need to trust God during financial crisis or hardship. The bible says “trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.” (Proverbs 3:5.) Your trust in God will be evident through what you say or believe when you face financial hardships. Stay focused on God always, no matter the circumstance. Remember, He is with you always.
Seek revelation
Revelation is a convertible currency. The most important information you need during tough financial times is a revelation from God. Elijah heard God’s voice and instruction after the brooke dried. We must listen for God’s voice, word and instruction during crisis. Do not depend solely on what experts say in the newspapers, magazines and on television. That information would never be as powerful as a revelation from God.
Understand when seasons change
Be willing to change or adapt . It might be time to move on to the next level of your life financially. Did you know that during times of uncertainty and even crisis, it could be a sign that it’s time to start a new business or birth a great revolutionary idea?
Stay connect to those who hear from God.
Paying attention to inspiration that will connect you to the next level. Your pastor’s teachings are inspired by God and they are their to point you in the right direction. Listen carefully! Connect with a body of likeminded believers who you can reach out to during difficult times. That is what the church is for!
Continue to give as you can.
Support God’s work this season. You will enjoy supernatural provision when you share what you have. This is not the time to stop giving! And, giving is not limited to financial contributions or donations. You can also give your time and talents by partnering with charities or becoming a blessing to people around you in other creative ways. A giver never lacks!
