Nike Adeyemi founded The Real Woman Foundation in 2001 to bring healing to distressed women as a means to building the nations. The foundation strives to get rid of sexual violence against women and the scourge of prostitution in our society.

Through this organization, she hosts impactful periodic seminars and conferences that basically address all the issues that women go through in their everyday lives.

The Real Woman Foundation equally runs a home ( Rehabilitation & Orphanage) where distressed and displaced ladies, abandoned and abused children are offered shelter and a new lease of life in a bid to help them fulfill their destinies and to become more useful to the society. Educational and vocational opportunities and entrepreneurial skills are made available to them. Some of these ladies are now in school while some are running small-scale businesses and have actually acquired laudable visions for a better future for themselves.

Nike Adeyemi has authored three books; ‘The Real Woman’, ‘Building a Successful Home’, ‘Woman an Asset to the nation’ and ‘Great Parenting’. She is an international conference speaker and co-pastor, Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos, Nigeria.

She is a recipient of the PSR Woman Empowerment Award, the Woman of Merit Award, Award of Excellence and outstanding contributions in service to humanity and nation building and the Contemporary Age Women of Virtue, amongst others. She participated in the 2003 British Council International Seminar on Violence against Women which held in the UK. She is also on the board of some organizations.
Nike Adeyemi is married to Sam Adeyemi. She is a dedicated mother of three lovely children and a mentor to many young women and men.
